Refund & Cancellation Policy

KundliChat provides paid astrology chat sessions and reports. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction for every purchase made through our platform.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 1–2 working days in the following cases:

• If you experience a technical issue and are unable to start or continue your paid chat session.
• If you were charged but the service was not delivered successfully.
• If a duplicate or accidental payment was made.

Once verified by our support team, approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay within 1–2 business days.

Cancellation

Users may cancel a chat or service request before the astrologer joins or the session begins. Once the chat session has started, cancellation is not possible. In genuine cases (technical issues, delays, or dissatisfaction), users may still raise a refund request within 1–2 days for review.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a cancellation, please email us at support@kundlichat.in with your order ID, payment details, and reason for refund. Our team will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds promptly.
